Subscription Plans

  1. Monthly and Annual Payments

    • Subscriptions are available in monthly or annual payment options.
    • Monthly subscriptions are charged every 30 days.
    • Annual subscriptions are charged once per year and offer cost savings over monthly plans.
  2. Automatic Renewal

    • All subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
    • You authorize Kintrack to charge your payment method on file for recurring charges.
  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • Cancellation requests must be submitted through your Kintrack account or by contacting customer support.
    • Subscriptions canceled after the billing date will not be eligible for refunds for the current billing period.
    • Partial months or unused portions of annual plans are not refundable.
  4. Service Downgrade or Upgrade

    • You can switch between plans (e.g., Basic to Professional) at any time. Adjustments to fees will be prorated for the remainder of the billing period.
    • Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

GPS Tracker Devices

  1. Device Purchase

    • All GPS trackers are sold separately from subscription plans and are a one-time payment.
    • Tracker devices remain functional as long as they are connected to an active subscription plan.
  2. Device Warranty

    • Trackers include a 30 days limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
    • Any warranty claim must be submitted with proof of purchase within the warranty period.
  3. Replacement Policy

    • For trackers found defective due to manufacturing issues within the warranty period, replacements will be provided free of charge.
    • For claims submitted beyond the warranty period, replacements will be available for purchase at standard prices.
  4. Device Compatibility

    • Trackers are compatible with the Kintrack platform and app. Devices not purchased from Kintrack may have limited functionality or support.
  5. Maintenance and Misuse

    • Devices must be installed and used as per the provided instructions. Kintrack is not responsible for damages due to improper installation, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.

Platform Features and Usage

  1. Real-Time Fleet Monitoring

    • Kintrack provides live GPS tracking, geofencing, speed monitoring, and route optimization tools.
  2. Data Privacy and Storage

    • All user and vehicle data collected by Kintrack is securely stored and handled per our Privacy Policy.
    • Kintrack retains data for operational purposes and may delete inactive accounts after 1 month.
  3. Fair Use Policy

    • Users are expected to use Kintrack services responsibly. Excessive use, including attempting to hack or overload the system, will result in account suspension or termination.
  4. Alerts and Notifications

    • Customers can configure alerts for geofencing, speed limits, and other events. These alerts are for informational purposes only, and Kintrack is not liable for delayed or missed notifications.
  5. Fleet Management Insights

    • Data analytics and fleet reports provided by Kintrack are intended to aid decision-making. However, Kintrack is not liable for business outcomes resulting from these insights.

Liability and Limitations

  1. Service Availability

    • Kintrack strives for 99.9% uptime but is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers (e.g., cellular networks).
  2. Third-Party Integrations

    • Kintrack integrates with third-party services and devices. However, compatibility and performance are not guaranteed for non-Kintrack devices.
  3. Disclaimer of Liability

    • Kintrack is not responsible for any damages, theft, or loss caused by user reliance on the platform or device functionality.

    • 24/7 customer support is available for subscription issues, tracker setup, and troubleshooting.
    • Customers can reach us through our website, app, or hotline.
  2. Technical Assistance

    • Kintrack offers assistance for device installation and troubleshooting. Fees may apply for professional installation services.

Account Management

    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
    • Report any unauthorized access immediately.
  2. Account Termination

    • Kintrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Legal and Compliance

    • Customers must ensure that their use of GPS tracking complies with local, state, and federal laws, including data privacy and employee monitoring regulations.
